- I saw what I dreamed And the pigment ran Like a river in the jungle. I enter the place that I Am away from. Knock knock, come in. No click click click. I only hear water now. My search…an introspective adventure…naked in The forest, answering the roar of the beast within. Attempting to unearth man’s fundamental elements, The core of his being, from beneath the adaptation Of life’s causes and effects. Hunting, eating, mating, Plants, animals, environmental and social kinship (Not necessarily in that order.)
The image…layers of transparent, translucent, and opaque pigment…dissidence on canvas…sculpted…a semi-permanent path to permanence…small windows of resistance against our techno-driven future. (Spoken like a true Woodstock kid.)
