“Originally hailing from the Detroit area, Ed Meese received his BFA from Wayne State University and currently works from his home studio in Las Vegas. His work stems from his fascination with applying and observing both reactionary and stable colors, pigments amended with various mediums, and then layered and mixed on a variety of surface materials. His process allows the transitions to become identifiable with objects and movement into geometric form, pattern, and bright color.”
